Apology and warning regarding spam mail (spoofed email)

We have recently confirmed that our company's account (webmaster@alcare.co.jp) has been illegally used to send spam mail (spoofed email) to an unspecified number of people.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused to those who received these e-mails. We have confirmed that no personal information was leaked due to this unauthorized access, and also that now we have blocked access from outside the company, the unwanted e-mail is no longer being sent.
If you receive a suspicious email from us, such as "I don't recognize the content" or "It seems suspicious," please do not click on the URL in the body of the e-mail or open the attached file, as there is a risk of virus infection, induction to a phishing site, or unauthorized access.

We are always careful about information security management, such as preventing unauthorized access, but we will strengthen our measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and strive to prevent recurrence.
